I have an ear pain in the entire left year. When I get up and walk, the ear pain gets extremely painful. My shoulders are very painful as well. When standing, my ear feels like it is being pulled towards the center of my brain. How do I get rid on the pain

Causes of earache ranges from wax, infection of skin of ear either bacterial/fungal,middle ear infections,granulations in ear,tumors,refered earache from mouth,throat,larynx.I would recommend consultation with ent doctor first to rule out any ear pathology.
