Suggest Treatment For Euthyroid

I have been digonosed with euthyroid MNG.FNAC suggests least chances for malignancy.Largest nodule is 6*4.8*4 cm on right lobe.The ENT surgeon suggested lobectomy. But an endocrino surgeon has suggested complete removal of the thyroid.Pl give a third opinion.

I have gone carefully through your concern.
I would suggest also total thyroidectomy, even if the nodule is not malignant, there is a great probability for the other lobe to develop nodule in the future, so you will need a second surgery than.
That is why we recommend total thyroidectomy if malignancy is not suspected.
