Suggest Treatment For Esphogeal Bleeds

86 year old lady with prior history of esphogeal bleeds (3 months hospitalization and 2 surgeries 5 months ago) is now vomiting coffee-dark fluid. (Sudden onset) She is flush and hot (not cold) and has pain at the sternum. She has not tried standing, so it s unclear if she will be dizzy. Does this need ER attention, or is it something to monitor and wait til morning for her regular physician?
