Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction


i m 30, masturbating from 15 years. now penis doesnt erect quickly. sperm and semen volume is
also low. getting marry in next 6 months. please tell me some home remedies, foods, fruits, veg
to fix my problem. any natural herbs with no side effects.

Thanks for query .You have been indulged in masturbation frequently since last 15 years and now facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .

Your problem of ED is due to habitual and frequent masturbation and can be resolved by restricting masturbation to twice a week.Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Thank you for writing Healthcaremagic.
I understand your concern about erectile delay / dysfunction and low semen volume.
Masturbation is akin to sexual intercourse. What penis does in vagina during sexual intercourse, same it does during masturbation in your folded palm. Sexual intercourse is not BAD HABIT, so also the masturbation. Masturbation itself does not cause erectile dysfunction.
Erectile dysfunction in your case is because of performance anxiety. For continuous erection, there must be constant erotic/romantic thoughts, feelings, and sensations in your mind. If your mind is diverted to concern about erection, you will lose erection or have delayed or no erection.
You simply enjoy and only enjoy, without focusing on your 'performance' or quality of erection during masturbation or sexual intercourse. Do not bother about performance or quality of erection during sex.
Semen volume varies in a individual from time to time. It depends upon period of sexual abstinence, age and intensity of sexual stimulation. Color, consistency and quantity have nothing to do with virility or sexual satisfaction of an individual. Neither do they have any relation to the partner's satisfaction. Do not worry for that.
Have regular exercise, green leafy vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
No herb has strong scientific evidence of improving erectile dysfunction.
