Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM!!!
I advise that your husband should get himself investigated for ED as there may be organic reasons like diabetes hypertension and hypercholesterolemia for ED. Treatment of the cause is essential. If there is no organic reason and it’s a functional problem request your psychiatrist to start sildenafil or tadalafil to you.

I hope this helps
God Bless
