Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I have a question. I m having ED problems just started within this last year, but i m having a problem getting and keeping and erection. I tried Cialis daily didn t work, then went to the 25 mg pill just when i wanted to have sex. Still didn t see the results i was looking for, now my doctor has put me on alfuzosin and Viagra. The alfuzosin i take everyday the viagra when i want to have sex. My question is i took one last night and still didn t get and erection and maintain it. Is there something wrong with me or is i m worrying to much. I m just very frustrated with the whole situation.

Hi,

You should get upper GI endoscopy as well as barium swallow tests to rule out any structural lesion or fistula connecting food pipe with air way or posterior pharyngeal pouch. Hiatal hernia also needs to be ruled out. For the time being, motilly agents like domperidone or itapride before meals as well as antacids like omerperazole may be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
