Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi, I am 27 yes old. I have problem of Erectile Distinction. I haveundergone necessary tests and found I have less blood flow to my penise and a bit less testosterone count. My doctor suggested me to take paxidep CR 12.5 mg one pill in the morning and given me edrive powder which of L-arginine 5000mg and other combination in the night with milk. Its been a week am using the medication and my libido is completely low. I generally masterbate at least once a day as I get harder if not. Also I generally get high erection in early mornings. But after using the medications am not at all getting erections even in the morning. I tried to masterbate but am not getting mood and erection even after watching porn. I found these antidepressant drugs may cause side effect of ED. Kindly suggest me what I have to do now. Am totally confused as am gone get married in the month of november.
