I will advise you to spend a lot of time in foreplay as this will help to achieve hard erections and your time will increase. If symptoms persist even after that then medicine like PDE-5 inhibitors like SILDENAFIL, TADALAFIL etc can help. These medicines are usually prescribed on SOS basis and can help in good erections. To delay ejaculation medicines like SSRIs can help. Paroxetine, Sertraline etc if used regularly help to delay ejaculation.
