I have read your description and understand your concern.
The problem you are having with erection and
premature ejaculation is mainly due to associated psychological factors than physical one.
Masturbation is a healthy sexual phenomenon which is normal and does not lead to such problems.
You can overcome this problem by doing the following.
1. Kindly practice 'pause and squeeze' technique, which over a period of time helps you to sustain erection for a longer duration.
2. You need to overcome fear or anxiety by doing
meditation regularly to keep your mind calm.
3. Include in your diet - almonds, banana, pineapple, saffron, cardamom, figs, honey and pumpkin.
4. In case you have increased sensation of the penis, use of topical anaesthetic creams and sprays that contain a numbing agents, such as
lidocaine or prilocaine will help.
5. Intake of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as
sertraline would delay ejaculation.
Once you regain your confidence, you should be able to gain good erection gradually and perform better, and decrease taking medications or take only when it is absolutely necessary.
