Suggest Treatment For Epistaxis And Parched Mouth And Throat

Suffered epitaxsin some 10 days back in my right nostril because of fiddling with the nose.Am taking following medicines,Mucinac 600.twice a day. Parrit D twice a day.Being hypertensive am taking telmisartin 40 one daily in the evening and starpress XL 25 twice aday.BP hovers around 140/80 generally.But going into the night for sleepat around 9.30.p.m. have to put nasal drops in thr nose for breathing .My throat and mouth gets parched (dry) by around 11.00 p.m.I cannot induce salavia in my throat ant mouth.Please advice remedy OR am i on right medication How to speed up my recuperation from thr nose wound Thank You

well come to HCM
If this is the epistaxis so the underlying cause of this need to be found out but most of such cases have no particular reason behind that, this could be due to hypertension, medicine, bleeding disorders, trauma (Feeding tube) but the treatment would remain the same at the time of bleeding to stop it, laydown in bed in lateral position, plug the nostril with gauze piece, in severe bleeding hospitalization is necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
