Suggest Treatment For Episodes Of Fluttering In Esophagus

I am experiencing a flutter off and on in the esophageal region which mimics arrythmia; I can feel it upto my throat. I have no noticeable pain or heartburn. It started when I was severely stressed out amonth ago. It lasted three days and pretty much went away. It seems to have returned in a milder form last day or so. My heart beat seems normal. Is there a treatment for this ?

This could be a reaction to stress. If it is Arrythmias lasting for 30 seconds you might experience other symptoms like syncope, palpitations. Please take ECG and take advice of your doctor.
