Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy

sir my sister is now 28 yrs.From in -born she is abnormal & she can't recognise anybody.In childhood CMC,Vellores doctores said that her one main nerve is absent.Also she is now an epilepsy patient.Now from few days conversion is occurring within 5 mins.she has admitted in hospital & conversions has little bit controlled(2 or 3 times in a day & she is in treatment) but doctor is saying that her brain has damaged & her ct-scan report is ok but at EEG report some problem is there.Now she has little-bit sense.We want to control her conversion & improve her brain & sense. doctors said that we can't do operation.I want to go CMC,VELLORE for treatment.I want to know your views.

Well come to HCM
If this is kind of Cerebral palsy or any congenital brain related disease then nothing much can be done for this, some rehabilitation program going on for such patient and this can be tried but important is final diagnosis that is not being stated here, but I could guess this must be CP only, in my opinion better to see the pediatric neurologist for expert opinion, take care and have a nice day.
