Suggest Treatment For Epigastric Pain

My 14 yr daughter having constant sharp pain just below xyphoid process. Minimal bowel movement. Xray said not much constipation. After eating one bite affected area feels like it will rupture. ER said UTI. I m thinking liver...or gall bladder. You?

hi..epigastric pain mostly due to acidity or pancreas related..but i dont think such major problem...
start with omeprazole 20 mg daily 30 mins before meal..
it will relieve pain if acidic in origin..
if not then take gastrologist openian despite thinking yourself..
