Suggest Treatment For Epidural Headaches

Hi. I have had an epidural headache since January 30th. I drink lots of water. I have tried drinking lots of caffeine, and I took caffeine pills, and nothing works. I had a blood patch in February and still have the headache. My neurologist ordered an MRI and everything was normal. He has tried muscle relaxers and they haven t helped. I am taking 50 mg of the generic of Topamax twice a day and that hasn t helped. Any suggestions.
