Suggest Treatment For Epididymitis

I have been experiencing pain in my left testicle/leg for the past 5 months. I have been to a Urologist 3 times, and a general surgeon. I have received a Ultrasound as well as a MRI on my back. Both reports came back normal. I was diagnosed originally with Epididimytis and was given Antibiotics which I completed, but there was no improvement. The pain is light, not very severe, Its not sharp but feels more like pressure/throbbing. The pain gets worse after I exercise and has not shown any sign of improvement even after taking a month off exercise. The Doctors said they found no hernias or anything lumps on my Testicle, any insight would be greatly appreciated. This issue is preventing me from training for Marathons and is extremely frustrating. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed query.
Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Left Varicocele.
As the pain in left testicle increases with Exercise, the pain is mostly seems to be from Left Varicocele. The exercise with increased testicular circulation, would increase the congestion from the incompetent valves of Left Testicular vein, at the point of its drainage in to left Renal Vein.
This causes more regurgitation of blood and more blood stagnation ,causing more testicular congestion during exercises, with abdominal pressure obstructing more drainage from testicular circulation.
Treatment-
Get Color Dopplere of left testicular Vein and Usg of left spermatic cord, which would fix the diagnosis.
Check if the Valsalva's maneuver(Forced exhalation against closed air way) increases the testicular pain-if it increases the testicular pain, then Left Varicocele is confirmed cause of your left testicular pain.
Get Second Urologists Opinion and plan Micro-Vascular Varicocelectomy at his hand soon, which would prevent regurgitation vein channels and would reduce the congestion and so the resultant left testicular pain in your case.

Follow this to recover soon.
Hope this would resolve your health issues early
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
