Suggest Treatment For Epididymitis And Testicle Pain

I was diagnosed with epiditamitis and was hospitalized for it. I suffer from swollen rock hard testicle constant severe pain with times of excruciating pain especially after urinating or bowl movement. I believe it is a results of methamphetamine use. I know some types make it worse. Even the tube running from restore to bladder is swollen and hard drawing restore into abdomen... please help I'm going to hospital again what can ask or do to help dotora

Thanks for query.

The pain in Testicle and epididymis id due to infection of Epididymis and Testis (Epididymo Orchitis).

Most of the time it is secondary to UTI or Sexual transmitted after having unprotected sex.

Please consult qualified Urologist fro clinical examination and get following basic test done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine Urine tests and Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
3) Color Doppler Scan od Scrotum.

In the mean while take You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and serropeptidase twice daily.Later on switch on to approppriate antibiotic as er culture report.

Please note that Orchitis takes long time to get cured hence you will need to take medications for 4 weeks.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute .
