my relative of near aboutmore than 50 yrs has eosiniphilia from a very long time what can be a treatment to cure this she always coughs and dont feel like eating anything she also has high blood pressure she feels sleepy and feels cold headeche is also there and deinks less of water

Hi,
For having Eosinophilia there is specific medicine available like Di-Ethyl Carbamazine ( Unicarbazone forte ).
It gives prompt relief from cough.
Consult your doctor and he will prescribe this medicine with dose and duration of treatment.
Go for stool examination for worm infestation as worms can give rise to Eosinophilia as well.
