Suggest Treatment For Entamoeba Coli Cyst In A Child
hi..my daughter is only 1 yr old..she was diagnosed that she has Entamoeba coli cyst. and she was prescribed with metrinazele 4ml 3x a day, zinc sulfate 2.5 ml 1x a day, erceflora 2x a day..is the prescription correct..?her stool is almost close to water and has fish like smell..she also has fever.. thanks and have a great day..

Your child is having amebic dysentery disease. For that metronidazole is to be prescribed. It will help in killing amoeba parasite. Zinc sulphate help in diarrhoea case. So your prescription seems to be correct.
