Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Uterus And Globular Myometrium

Hi, im monalisa i have my ultrasound report and this is the result the uterus is enlarge& globular myometrium is homogenous with no stromal lesions within the uterinecavity is a single fetus/embryo, the placenta is anterior & totally covering the cervical os, the cervix is closed, ovaries are obscured,intact cul de sac my question is what does it means? Is there any problem about my pregnancy?

The enlarged uterus is due to the pregnancy inside and the globular myometrium is also due pregnancy.
