Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostate

I'm 28 years old and my doc diagnosed me with having a severely enlarged prostate. I have trouble urinating and when i do urinate after i finish i end up having the worst dripping problem. I've been put on antibiotics twice and nothing has helped. What can i do?
