Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Adenoid In Adults

Hello I m 27 years old, female. I had adenoids when I was a child in Brazil and I was treated for it and they disappear with the treatment. When I moved to NY in 2007 something (the cold weather would be my guess) triggered it and my adenoids are back full force, it gets worse each winter to the point I wake up at least twice each night to use nose drops otherwise I can t sleep. I have no health insurance and I know at this point medicine doesn t work for me. What do I do?
