Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

I have endometriosis stage 4, 5 years ago I had en emergency open abdominal surgery to remove a chocolate cyst the size of a grapefruit it also had porotinitis. Since then my periods have been just as extreme and prolonged. In July I had a period for 8 weeks and had an emergency d & c. I was placed on birth control and Femara to stop my bleeding but since has continued, in December I had the Mirena placed in and I am now just spotting. However, my dilemma now is that I now have fibroids and cysts that are making my uterus protrude, making me look 5 months pregnant. I started taking Milk thistle, DIM, Calcium D Glucurate along with a prescription for progesteron (and Femara). The fibroids seem to decrease ONLY if I avoid red meat....do you suggest any thing different for me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the prolapse of uterus then this could be surgical condition and may need surgical repair or removal of uterus and in my opinion and this can not be managed with any diet, hope this information helps, take care.
