Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis Stage 4
Due to endometriosis, stage 4, that I have managed for almost 20 years, and now have uterine fibroids, I am facing the decision of a full or partial hysterectomy. My Doctor recoomends a full and will use the Davinci robot. He will do a partial if tha=t is what I opt to do. I am leaning towards a partial, leaving the left ovary, as the sytst that have ruptured and the fibroids are all on the right side. Ia ver concerned about effects on my libido and sex drive and also would like to go into menopause a s normally as possible, if at all possible. I don t know anything about the hormone replacements, how they work and what the risks are. I am so TORN.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Endometriosis stage 4 should be treated with complete hysterectomy, however one can for medical management also. If the medical method has failed in your case, then you should undergo complete hysterectomy. You can then take hormone replacement therapy in for the symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal dryness.
You should take so much stress.
