Suggest Treatment For Endometrial Hyperplasia

dear sir, my mother is 78 y and had a past history of endometrial hyperplasia and did D&C twice, last one was on 2003, both showed endometrial hyperplasia without atypia..now she got bleeding again, gave her primolout n for 3 months and stop for a week...gave her for another 3 months again...now, she started bleeding after 6 days of stoppage primolout nor 10mg.... dunno if to repeat it again or not (she has chronic AF)....many thanks

Hello,

Please note that as she is chronic AF case, she may be taking a blood thinner and it may be the cause of bleeding.

Talk to your cardiologist to reduce the dosage of that. For uterine pathology, you may go for radiofrequency ablation if endometrium called a LEEP procedure.
