Suggest Treatment For Elevated Heart Rate

My hear is beating really fast and my chest hurts. My breathing is a little impaired and shallow. There is also a pain in my left shoulder extending to my biceps and elbow. I have felt a sharp pain in my torso whenever I take deep breaths but it that goes and comes.

Respected Sir / Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
High heart rate, pain in chest, radiating to shoulder, association with deep breathing can all be signs of acute inflammation of coverings of lungs or heart. This may be a serious condition. Please do visit ER on priority.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
