hi my husband is been diagnose with inherited high Cholestrol he is beed taking midication since 17 years ago lipitor lipidil? i dont know how i can help him he suffer from side effects back aches headaches join pain diariah bloating dippresion, can he stop taking his midication and go on nutrapath?

As it's been 17 yrs that your husband is taking medicines so it's not advisable now to shift to some other form of treatment. However what you can do is to start him on daily exercise 45 mins a day for 5 days a week, good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet, no smoking and no junk or fried food. Make him follow this healthy lifestyle habits regularly and may be after some months his medicines for cholesterol can be decreased.
