Suggest Treatment For Elevated ESR Levels And Joint Pain

I have an ESR of 52, along with heat sensations in my lower legs, and feet. I have numbness and tingling in my toes and fingers. These symptoms have persisted for about 3 weeks now. I was diagnosed with DVT in my left lower leg about 2 weeks ago. I have not had a period in a month now and i take warafin 7.5mg in the evening. My hemoglobin and hematocrit have been below normal. I have pain in my joints and arch along my ankles, and sharp pain that goes from the back of my head into my neck and along my right arm.

Hello,

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Its apparent from your description that you have got a degenerative disease of spine. some may have it early like in your case. Basically you should undergo a MRI of your spine which will give you an idea whether the likely compression is treatable with surgery or not.

Otherwise the option that we have are to mitigate the pain. You can start pregaba, a molecule which will reduce your pain.Even amitryptiline is a good medication which reduces such pain to a large extent.

Do consult a physiotherapist who would like to advise you some back exercises and do , do them regularly.

Continue tab warfarin add hematinics and iron supplement to improve hemoglobin.
There is possibility of associated arthritis leading to elevated ESR.
