Suggest Treatment For Elevated ALT Levels

I just received a lab result and it showed elevated AST (168) ALT (115) and LDH (475) we had gone out and drank a bit too much 48 hrs before. With this said how long will alcohol affect these enzymes? I was also disgnosed with Celiac (I have been gluten free for about 3 years) three years ago.

hi . alcohol intake is associated with increased liver enzymes. alcohol is associated with more increase in AST as compared to ALT. both AST and ALT are generally less than 400. Celiac disease can be associated with increased liver enzymes. u should avoid alcohol intake and take strict gluten free diet for 6-12 month. if liver enzymes are still raised after 6-12 month, u should go for serological testing , radiological investigaions etc. if u have any other query then ask.
take care
