Suggest Treatment For Elbow Swelling Post Injury

I bumped my elbow about an hour ago and now have a golf ball sized swelling of the elbow, which i assume is a hematoma. It is soft and rubbery, but not discomfort. Is this something I can treat at home with ice and elevation or should i seek medical attention?
