Suggest Treatment For Elbow Pain

I have pain right underneath my right eyebrow. It really doesnt hurt unless I touch it, but when I do it hurts and is tender. I was having pain like this a few months ago but this feels a little different than before. My primary care physician prescribed an antibiotic for 10 days and it went away. It came back a few weeks later, but went away again. Now it is back and I have felt it for about a week and a half. My doctor referred me to an ENT when it came back the first time. But I cancelled t since it went away. Do you think this is sinus problems? I don t have any other sinus symptoms and I am concerned that it may be something more serious.
