Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Here we have to rule out cause than treatment plan decided.

It could be from tympanic membrane inflammation, middle ear infection, outer ear infection, impacted wax, etc.

So to determine cause otoscopy ear examination should be done.

If repeated impacted wax present than syringing done to remove it.

If infection present than antibiotic drops prescribed and glycerine cotton put in ear for one day to reduce swelling. Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
