Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Swollen Glands In Throat

Started with a mucus development. Escalated to ear ache then other ear started to ache. Mucus was green from chest and yellow from sinus. Escalated again to blocked sinuses then cough went away and throat glands swelled up. Very painful to swallow. Ears are still blocked and throbbing.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have ear pain and swollen glands in throat due to deveoplment of mucus seems to be due to sinus infection. I would suggest you to avoid cold carbonated beverages. You should take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should put anti-inflammatory ear drops. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get throat swab test done along with routine blood examination and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
