Suggest Treatment For Ear Injury

I banged the back of my ear earlier on the cabinet. I felt dizzy and I sat down. Soon after it started bleeding. I used alcohol and tissue to try to stop it and it worked after a while. Now I am experiencing much pain in my left ear. Should I be worried?

hello

No , please dont worry , but however i would like you to meet your ent doctor as bleeding is not a good sign , specially with giddiness and you may have damaged your inner ear. Please do not put any ear drops and meet your doctor.

Thanks
