General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an ear infection.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest using an eardrop with antibiotic properties.
If the symptoms continue I suggest to see an ENT specialist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
