Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This all symptoms are due to otitis media (ear pain) or sinusitis etc.

It is mostly due to viral infection (EB virus, adenovirus, influenza virus etc) or bacterial infection (streptococcus, staphylococcus etc) or may be parasitic infection.

You might require detailed history taking and thoroughly clinical examination by an ENT specialist.

He should be given antibiotics (macrolides or quinolones) to prevent superinfection and antipyretics with anti-allergic for full course treatment.

So,better you consult ENT surgeon and get properly examined.

Regards,
