Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection , Sinus Infection And Swollen Gums

I went to the dr on Wednesday. Was told I had ear infection, sinus infection and strep b with a touch of phenmonia. Did not have any test ran. Was given Cipro and taken exactly as I am directed. I feel like I m getting worse. Now my gums are swollen on the left side like I have a abscess or something. I feel like someone is sitting on my chest too. I do not have health insurance so I dread going to the er. Not to mention I don t want to go if unnecessary.

Hello

Thanks for consulting HCM

I have read your query. As far as sinus infection , ear infection and swollen gums is concerned this can be due to viral infection . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon and oral surgeon for clinical examination and treatment . Inmeantime I will suggest you to do warm saline rinses and you can take medicine like Acivir and allegra by consulting with local doctor .

Hope this will help you .
