My daughter woke up with both her ears red around the outer rim and with a little bit of pot on the inside part of her ear looks like an infection on both ears lobes not loaves I mean outer rim she is 19 years old and they feel sore I put antibiotic and hot compresses on them

Cold compresses might be better; a mild painkiller like ibuprofen- paracetamol might help too. Get a check up done by an ENT if no relief after 3 days.
