Suggest Treatment For Dysuria

Last 2 month I was suffering dysuria for that purposes I took levofolaxacine 7 days not get any benefit...... Then again I took doxiclab that also doesn t work.......last 2 to 3 day I am feeling moderate pain after michurition.not burning sensation....... Should I took any medicine again or should I go for urine culture.... And R/M/E

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dysuria . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bladder stones , cystitis , genital herpes , gonorrhea , kidney infection , kidney stones , prostatitis or sexually transmitted infections. I would suggest you to urologist again for proper checkup and rule out other conditions if you are not get benefited with present medicine . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy , urine test and kidney function test . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
