Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dysuria . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bladder stones , cystitis , genital herpes , gonorrhea , kidney infection , kidney stones , prostatitis or sexually transmitted infections. I would suggest you to urologist again for proper checkup and rule out other conditions if you are not get benefited with present medicine . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy , urine test and kidney function test . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
