Suggest Treatment For Dysuria Post An Oral Sex

I received unprotected oral sex 3 weeks ago one time for few minutes. I am not experiencing a burning feeling after peeing but have no discharge or redness. I have done std tests and all the blood ones came back negative. My concern waiting for the urine tests has been 3 days. Am I at high risk for ghonorrhea ? Should I be worried that it has been 3 days and no results?

Thanks for posting on HCM
A negative STI tests may exclude the various STIs tested for.However, you may need a urethral swap smear test to exclude gonorrhea.Also, getting it from oral sex may be less possible.You may still see the Doctor for this test.
Dysuria may as well be caused by a UTI which may not be related to sex.Since the urine test results are pending and you are feeling very unconfortable, i will suggest
-you take ciprofloxacine 500mg 1 tab x 2 per day for 7 days.Most urinary tract infections respond to this molecule.Your Doctor may change it for another drug after the results if an antibiotic sensitivity test shows resistance of germ to ciprofloxacin.
-Pain/anti-inflammatory like dexamethasone
-Take enough water as well
