Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign body. Foreign body may medicine like drugs, pollen, animal dander, dust and insect venom etc. When you have allergies, your immune system makes antibodies that identify a particular allergen as harmful, even though it isn't. When you come into contact with the allergen, your immune system's reaction can inflame your skin, sinuses, airways or digestive system. Allergy manifests as rash, sneezing, diarrhea, and flu-like symptoms.
The best way to escape from allergy is to avoid allergens. Identification of allergens is important. This can be done by yourself or by allergens test. You can identify things which trigger allergy and avoid them.

Advice
1.     Levocetirizine 5 mg – 1 tablet once daily on attack of allergy
2.     Dexamethasone 0.5 mg – 1 tablet twice daily for 5 days on fresh attack of allergy
3.     Albendazole 400 mg per oral empty stomach only once for deworming
4.     Wear face mask while in outdoor
5.     Try to remain away from cold
6.     Do not use air condition
7.     You can change place of living. Allergens might not be in new place
8.     Investigations
a.     Total & differential count of WBC
b.     R/E of stool for parasite
c.     Allergens test

Thanks
