Medical history: lower eyelid lengthening with slecra graft
Query: The medial corners of my eyes do not close when I blink or sleep. The lower eyelid lengthening surgeries I've had helped fix part of my lid closure problems, but medical corners still aren't closing over the plica semilunaris region.
Overall, this is causing me a lot of pain due to dry eyes. What can be done? My oculoplastic surgeon says he can't help me any further.

this is causing expo user keratitis. again it can be surgically corrected, or you have to apply artificial tear drop as per your re requirement. you can use refresh eye tear drop.
