Hi,

You have not mentioned your weight and reports of the investigations.

Shortness of breath which you mentioned could be because of the allergic response from chest or nose or both. you need to get examined for nose and chest and may require antiallergic medication. this happens because of the cold air stimulating the airway and the nose not able to humidify and warm the air. nose is the air conditioner of the body to prevent chest. your fatigue could also be because of the improper sleep and may be you have snoring which causes inadequate sleep and fatigueness through out the day. so it becomes important to get examined for the airway by ENT specialist. and need to see for the weight and the thyroid function tests reports.

What you can do is get a consultation with a doctor and if reports are normal then start daily morning walk so that the airway gets opened and you have proper oxygen levels in the body.

In addition, some nasal sprays and medication to help in this, which your doctor can advise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Abhishek Sharma,
