Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dry mouth can occur due to a number of causes like oral infections like Thrush, salivary gland disorders, nerve damage, side effect of medications, mouth breathing, diabetes etc..
An autoimmune disease known as Sjogrens syndrome can also be a cause..
In case if nothing is ruled out it can be Idiopathic but it is not commonly seen..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be diagnostic..
As of now you can chew sugar free chewing gums and suck tart candies to stimulate saliva flow..
Gargle with specialized mouthwash suitable for dry mouth like Biotene mouthwash.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid regular mouthwash as it has drying effect in mouth..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards,
Honey Nandwani Arora.
