Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for dry, dull and dark skin. In all your kind of cases I suggest to have best of the diet containing lot of fruits and green vegetables and improve the nutritional status. I suggest my patients to apply a cram containing arbutin and licorice extract and to moisturize the skin with vitamin E containing cream.

Do not expose yourself to cold weather and direct sunlight as it causes more damage to the skin. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist in case if the condition is not resolved.

Take care.
