Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough

I was out of the country for a month arrived back to US on May 5 I still have Asore throat hard to swallow-feels like I have something in my throat There s a bit of phlegm or possibly mucus in my throat but very little comes out when I try to get rid of it I have a dry cough throat Lawson jurors help it for a while I tried hot lemon water fresh lemons and ginger I gargled with salt water and with Listerine original strength not sure what to do next
