Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough With Shortness Of Breath And Fatigue

I have had the following symptoms for over 6 weeks; dry cough which isn t constant but I kind of wretch when it comes on, burning and an awareness of my lungs, when trying to meditate can t take a full breath, and fatique. I was in Tucson, AZ last summer cleaning out my parents old shed with lot s of dust so I thought of Valley Fever but these symptoms went away all winter and now returned this spring? Any thoughts?

Hi,

You are having allergic rhinitis with bronchitis. Do a chest X-ray and pulmonary function test to know the nature of any disease in the lung. Review with spirometry and chest X-ray. Start some bronchodilator tablet, steam inhalation, montelukast levicetrizine combination. Stay away from allergens from valley. Take some warm water gargle, nasal fluticasone spray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
