Suggest Treatment For Dry And Itchy Eyes With Thrombocytosis

I have thrombocytosis - platelet count 750 to 950 at different times.
I was diagnosed as having acute glomerulonephritis when I was 21 - biopsy said more than half my glomuli dead or dying.
My questions are:
• Recently I saw allusion to thrombocytosis being linked to nephritis -- I would like to know more. (I shattered my femur when I was 23 and came to think that that trauma brought the extreme platelet production.)
• Every doctor re the thrombocytosis always asks about my eyes without telling me why ... they have never bothered me until lately. They feel irratated, a bit itchy, a little dry and I sometimes question my vision.
I am 67yo, female.

thrombophlabitis is to be treated with systemic antibiotic and anti coagulant if required. for kidney condition have to consult nephrologist. for allergy have to take levocetrizine 5mg daily and dry eye is to be treated with artificial tear drop. platelet count is low , it is required to be monitored. you have got multiple problem, it is required Tobe local y examined and proper diagnosis is to be done
