Hello ma'am and welcome.

You seem to be trying everything under the roof without establishing a diagnosis. Visit your doctor, get physically examined. Along with this a urine analysis and a vaginal swab test.

Once the diagnosis is established, an accurate and effective medication will be prescribed to help rid your symptoms almost immediately.

But in my opinion either the antibiotic or anti-fungal should be the key to relieving your symptoms.

Best wishes.
