Suggest Treatment For Double Vision Caused By A Sixth Nerve Palsy

Hello, I m a 30 year old male, 10 days ago I suddenly started to see double, my eye doctor says it s a 6th nerve problem, another doctor says I became cross eye, he gave me a temporary prism meanwhile, helps me for 80% only far sighed not for near, but the cause how it happened is undefined, took MRI - everything clean, CBC blood test - all regular.. What could be the cause?

Are you hypertensive or diabetic as they are common causes of 6th nerve palsy and 6th nerve palsy men’s s you are cross-eyed and prisms are Given for it for temporary use as it may last for 6 months or so.
