Suggest Treatment For Dog Bite

i was nipped by a dog on friday - only just broke the skin, and small bruise in the area - was a little sensitive the day after but have woken today and its becoming more sensitive, its slightly red, have put savlon on it. The dog is known to me & does not have rabies. what should i do?

DONT BE PANIC.YOU HAVE TO TAKE FIRST ANTITIENUS VACCINE AND GENTELY WASH THE BRUISE AREA.YOU SHOULD TAKE ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS. AND MOST IMPORTANT IS ANTIRABIS VACCINE. IT MAY BE EATHER INTRAMASCULAR OR SUBCUTANIOUS INJACTION.
